Copyright Infringement & Counter Notification Policy

Last updated: January 7, 2026

Premlit ("we", "our", or "the Platform") respects intellectual property rights and expects all merchants and users to do the same.

As an open trading platform, all content and products uploaded by merchants are self-published. We are unable to pre-screen or verify every uploaded item for legality.

However, we take intellectual property protection very seriously and explicitly prohibit any infringing activities in our Platform Rules.

Upon receiving a valid notice from a rights holder or an authorized representative, we will act promptly in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies β€” including removing, disabling, or restricting access to the allegedly infringing materials.

To ensure transparency, fairness, and legal compliance, we have established both a Copyright Infringement Notification Mechanism and a Counter Notification Mechanism. All submissions must be made by email and strictly follow the required formats described below.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification (by Rights Holder / Authorized Agent)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright,

Please prepare your notice in accordance with the format described on https://www.Premlit.com/dmca-notice.

and send it to: [email protected]

(1) Platform Procedure

  1. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  2. We may forward a copy of your notice to the user who posted the material, allowing them to respond;
  3. If we determine that sufficient evidence of infringement exists, we may take action (e.g., removal or suspension) before receiving a response;
  4. If the reported user submits a valid Counter Notification (see below), we may notify you and, where legally appropriate, restore the removed material;
  5. Notices that fail to meet all requirements may be deemed invalid;
  6. If you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may be liable for damages (including costs and legal fees).

2. Counter Notification (by Merchant / User)

If you are a merchant or user and believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled,

Please prepare your response in accordance with the format described on https://www.Premlit.com/dmca-counter-notice.

and send it to: [email protected]

(1) Platform Procedure

  1. Upon receiving a valid counter notification, we will forward it to the original complainant;
  2. If the complainant does not initiate further legal action within the statutory period, the Platform may restore the affected content.

3. Important Notes

  1. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws β€” including removal, disabling access, or account restriction;
  2. Any party who knowingly submits a false infringement claim or false counter notification may be held liable for damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees);
  3. Premlit shall act solely as a neutral intermediary when receiving and processing notices or counter-notices, and shall not bear any responsibility for making substantive judgments regarding the related disputes;
  4. We strongly recommend consulting with legal or professional advisors before submitting any notice or counter notice to ensure validity;
  5. To avoid rejection or processing delays, please ensure your notice follows the required format and is submitted via the designated email channel.
